UK Delivery 

Standard Delivery orders to the UK are sent by Royal Mail's First Class Recorded service which will need to be signed for upon delivery.

Cost for standard delivery 1st Class recorded delivery

£5.00 for orders up to £25

£6.00 for orders up to £149.99

Orders over £150 postage is FREE.

International delivery from £10.

Express delivery is available on request.

Timescale - As all of our items are handmade please allow at least 12 weeks for delivery. Timescale is usually quicker than this but depends on our workload. Typically our busy times are during March to June and from Oct to Jan. However these are not exclusive. You can get up to the minute timescales from our facebook page.

We do offer a priority service which is available on request. Please enquire about this service.

Essence Collection - Please have a look at our Essence collection  ( these items are marked Essence) which has been carefully sourced from our amazing supplier. These are ready to wear items and delivery is usually within 2 weeks. This is ideal for those who have left it too late to wait for our regular collection.

Please order you items well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Returns

We endeavour to get your products to you in a good condition. However should they arrive damaged please contact us by email for a return code.

We will accept returns up to 7 days after they have been received.

Both the packaging and goods must arrive with us in a new condition and show no signs of wear and tear.

Refunds will be processed on receiving the goods, minus the postage costs.

Exceptions -  Earrings and Bespoke orders- as items are individually made to your specifications we cannot accept returns.

Packaging

Your Headband and Tiara orders will arrive in a white presentation box lined with tissues paper to protect the item.

Jewellery will be packaged in either a presentation box or a jewellery pouch.
